This way I've made myself a lab power supply (2 adjustable outputs + USB). But used normal multi-turn pots (10k). 2 remarks to the video: 1. For safety reason - use DPST power switch & fan grill; 2. In case if VA meter is powered from same source as measured circuit, the second black wire (meter power) is not needed.
