no need it, just plug in 12v source adapter and bms will do the rest may be

Bluetooth receiver ko 3.7 volt kaha se diya?? Agar 12 volt directly bms se diya jayega, toh Bluetooth board kharab jojaye ga. Uska oparating voltage 3.7 to 4.5 volt minimum dena parta hai.
