You can arrange them according to a gene sequence, magsearch ka nlang ng sample arrangement sa internet. Pero sa base pair, nkaarrange na yung template ko as A-T, C-G.

Both DNA and RNA contain a five-carbon sugar backbone: deoxyribose (found in DNA) while ribose (found in RNA)

Please what material are the column and base made of?

Columns are made of sturdy paper, base is wood. But you can innovate whatever is available, like an empty can poured with cement to make it heavier. I have a downloadable template for the nitrogenous bases. The link for the file is in the description box.
