In this video, i will build 3S 20a li-ion battery pack using Lithium ion Cells.
Item required for this project are :
1). 12pcs of li -ion cells.
2). 1pcs (BMS 3s 20a).
3). nickel strips.
4). spot welding machine.
5). some good quality wires.

adding only 16 awg wire for 12.6v pack output is useless. you should use 16 awg wire on bms main pos and neg aswell.
