I think you don't notice my 18650 cell capacity. All three 18650 cells are above 3200 mah. That's why the battery pack is 3amp. Thank you dear.

Bms is a battery management system. without bms for example: when charging some cell are over voltage and some cell not fully changed. when discharging then some cell are fully discharged and other cell are not fully discharged.

Check the battery voltage. If output voltage is less then 8.4v then might one cell damage. Then you need the removing all connection and check the 3 cell separately. Which battery cell voltage less than 2.4v you need to replace this battery another good one.. thank you

@@cubityt where do you get this - try reading technical articles show just one BMS datasheet that supports your claims - speficially that -any bms will recognize all cells are fully charged -the bms will turn off power from the charger I will not wait because you wont find any.,

Check the individual battery first. If all battery voltage greater than 3.7v then use this battery for making a battery pack.

I submit that it is very misleading to imply a BMS can replace a proper charger Using a BMS ti charge Li-ion batteries can DAMAGE the batteries by shortening the discharge time and life of the battery. It SEEMS to work but you will be slowly DESTROYING it
