Every one of these so called meals contains cancer causing ingredients : from the dairy (you can research this) to the hormone laced meat, dairy and chemical soup mix :( Keep eating this and by age 50 plus, if not sooner, far too many will most likely have cancer and chemo often will not work and radiation will most likely spread the cancer. Look at some youtube videos like "Chris Beat Cancer" who should have died years ago, but refused Chemo and completely changed his diet by cutting out all animal products (especially meat and dairy being the worst) because they contain a protein called GFI 1 which feeds cancer the most!! Almost all foods these days are made to be tasty, quick and cheap regardless of how bad the ingredients are for our bodies :( So much money is spent with "food experts" trying to make the quickest, tastiest meals which most often are the woThis is why the cancer rate is so high in western cultures. Every one is looking for quick, easy so called meals that are extremely tasty which our bodies do not even recognize as food. Chris has done so much reseach and has helped hundreds cure themselves from cancer and he and others say not to eat anything in the middle of the grocery store and no animal or dairy products and no bad vegetable oil, canola oil etc. except extra Virgin cold pressed olive. Sugar and other products are bad too (sugar from fruit is fine). Sorry not meaning to put a dampner on these videos and not everyone gets cancer, but probably thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people do, something which didn't happen as much in great grandma's day. I'm sure there are good intentions here, but eating this way however delicious it may be, will most often lead to cancer and death :) many people who live or who just lived this way and didn't take care of their bodies by consuming cheap, tasty meals have exprienced someone in their family either die or know of someone with will most likely die 😞 from this terrible disease! Often people say it doesn't matter what we eat we're all going to die anyway so we might as well eat whatever we want and I've witnesses a lot of those people dying before their time and it's often a very painful death!! Only trying to help! You can do with this what you want of course, just saying quick, tasty meals like boxed, chemical, gmo bleached refined flour full of nasty cheap sugar is definitely bad, then you add some awful vegetable or canola oil, etc. Will destroy your body!!

Where you get the cook chicken??? Is it can chicken or store bought rotisserie chicken and you take the skin off. Do you cook the chicken n part of the chicken ( breast) how you cook it??

This has always put me off…. That word should not be used when trying to make peeps want to make your food and watch your show! I love cooked cabbage. Cabbage rolls are a favorite. I was taught to place the outer leaves of the cabbage on top of the casserole. It keeps the moisture in.

I love a good casserole. The chicken and broccoli casserole is one of my go to meals. Even if you forget to add the broccoli.😁 🐔 🥦 This is one I've made for church socials and potlucks. My husband and adult children love it, as well. Sometimes, I add leftover rice and almost always use crushed Ritz crackers with butter for the topping. I can taste it now. Yummy! 😋

Just happened to run across this video while just browsing down my KZbin. I saw “easy, cheap, and casserole in the same title and thought wouldn’t that be nice 😒 I’ve pretty much quit watching videos like this because #1 I’m not a gourmet chef #2 I can’t even buy some of the ingredients where I live (in the middle of nowhere) and #3 most recipes are ruined by adding things that just don’t belong together 🥴 Every one of these sound terribly yummy and I already have a lot of the ingredients in my pantry! So glad to hear someone be happy w/Cream of Soups. I get tired of "chefs" complaining about 'em. If you don't cook the flour properly in a roux it can ruin a dish, you never have that problem w/the soups. There is a Cream of Cheddar that makes an excellent Mac&Cheese. You add milk and favorite cheese, some spices and bake w/your macaroni and whatever else you want to throw in. Sure beats the faux cheese stuff that comes in the silver package.

In my late twenties in the mid-90s was the first time I _tried_ to make stuffed cabbage rolls (aka halupkies, which were a monthly staple when I was a kid). The cabbage leaves might not have cooked quite long enough, and weren't cooperative, so I layered the leaves, the already-made meat balls (I smashed them down with a spoon), and tomato sauce (6 layers altogether), in a large lasagna dish. I baked it at 350°F for about an hour & a half, and it was great; had same delicious flavor profile. I called it "halupkie lasagna;" for some reason, the word "casserole" didn't occur to me at the time, but of course, that's what it was. I've since successfully made traditional halupkies (actual cabbage rolls), and I've more often made the casserole, using cole slaw mix if it's on sale, to save even more time. Delicious in every way.

My polish family cabbage roll casserole is similar; start by making meatballs with lean ground beef, onion and egg as binder, cooked rice or dry bread crumbs maybe included. Line the casserole with the meatballs, cabbage cut into wedges. Then pour canned condensed tomato soup over all. Season it with some allspice berries, peppercorns, and a couple of whole cloves and bay leaves .Cover and bake.

I tried the 7nstuffed cabbage rolls. I work with special needs ppl that are choking risks so I grated the cabbage with other veg, used tomato paste, sauce and tin of tomato and garlic crushed tomatoes.....splash of"w" sauce and seasonings and only had chicken stock.... I cooked mine in a crackpot pressure cooker, so Def a "one pan" meal.....they loved it and all had 2nds! Thanks so much Much!
