I just made the Korean beef bowls. Wow the sweet heat flavor of the meat is amazing! I added mushrooms to the meat and instead of serving it over rice I sautéed some fresh cabbage from the garden and put the meat on top of that. Love your recipes!!!

Nicole, I love the Kibbeh recipe & so glad u included bc I would have no idea where to get it otherwise. Love the Stuffed Peppers & Lasagne Soup but think I'll add a dollop of Ricotta to the soup. I would love pocket sandwiches with Crescent & Biscuit Dough! ❤

I did the Korean Beef Bowl, added the kimchi, scallion’s and topped it with a sunny side up egg. It was a hit I’ll definitely be making that again.

The timing of this video is so absolutely perfect!! I got a great deal on really good grass fed beef and when I got home, I was racking my brain for something to prepare besides the same old, same old. These recipes look terrific and I will happily slide them into our meal rotation over the next few weeks. (Froze some of the beef, can’t serve that every day! 😂). Thanks so much Nicole, another great video...you hit it outta the park today! 😘

When making soup with beef, I usually use beef broth instead of chicken. It makes it richer and amps up that beef flavor. But if you've already got chicken or even vegetable broth in the cupboard, go for it.

I make the Korean beef bowls like this but stir in a small can of sliced water chestnuts and a half cup or so of snow peas. It makes a total meal, we usually just cut up some fruit on the side. Delicious!

Made the lasagna soup yesterday. So yummy. I only made it because I just happened to have all the ingredients and was looking for something new to make. It was just about the easiest soup I have ever cooked. Was fast. Less than a 1/2 hour. I didn't change anything in the recipe. Was perfect. When I reheated it today, the noodles had soaked up the soupiness of it, so I just added a little more chicken stock. Was great. Although it tasted fine thicker too. Thanks! Can't wait to try the other recipes.

Those look delicious. The only thing I would do differently, is with the Korean bowl, add the toasted sesame oil at the end. You can lose a lot of the flavor by cooking it .

My mother told me that my great grandmother from Damascus used to make this dish with raw lamb. Of course they would slaughter their own Lamb on their farm and make the Kibbeh that day. She said it was absolutely wonderful. I only had it cooked with lamb and I love this dish. I also like Tabouli. ❤️

All of these have me yearning for the fall. I don't own a instant pot or air fryer, but I've got an oven that's been pretty lonely this summer. I love hearty casseroles & crockpot cooking but I have to cut carbs & am planning on using lots of cauliflower & cabbage to replace pasta & potatoes. I especially want to try your stuffed peppers recipe. Much easier looking than I remember it. You always inspire. Here's to an early autumn!🍁🍂🎃
