Great video! I like the tip of using the furniture casters! I wish you would give (or even better, make a video) giving more detail about your finishing, and what works for you. Great tip / advice of using seven coats. I will try that on my next finish job. What I'd like to know is how many stage is your HVLP compressor- 4 or 5? What spray head size do you use when you sprayed the poly? Do you dilute or add anything to the poly to make it more sprayer friendly? Looks like you poured directly from Halycon's container into the spray gun, but not sure if you may have modified before adding to the spray gun. Thanks for your work in these videos!!!

Just a funny story: My brother in law was working in this guys shop building cabinets and he was sanding, palm sander. Well his daughter wanted to help so they set her up with her own palm sander, but the boss unplugged the sander and her dad says she has to keep a finger in her ear to make it work, yup, she puts the finger in ear, he plugs it back in and sands away and they get a chuckle about it;)

Guess I am a little more of a purist as I would not stain wood black. Anytime the wood is reasonably nice looking a stain that brings out the wood grain is my choice.
