how do i double the two eclipse circles

Select A Circle > Press Ctrl+C ( windows) or Cmd+C ( mac ) and then Ctrl+V To Duplicate it.....Or you can easily click and drag the circle by holding Alt key to duplicate it.

I got it. Before using blend option Please make sure to put that small heart( dark shade ) backward and bigger heart ( light shade ) forward to create that desired effect. Thank you
