Chili is made with a bag of pre-frozen beans, a bag of pre-frozen chili sauce (no idea what is exactly in it myself even though I work there), and chili meat. It's plopped into a large pan with water, and cooks slowly for one hour.

So how are the burgers made into the squares before they are fried? I know how we used to do it at Wendy's when Dave Thomas still owned Wendy's but I am just curious how it is done now. . . Do you guys still have night prep cooks that cut the veggies and break the lettuce? Do you still have to get up at 4 am to start the chili? Do you spend all night frying burgers for the chili the next day? If not then you haven't worked at a "Real" Wendy's also the veggies are supposed to be cut as thick as your forefinger so you can taste the veggies, onion and tomatoes.
