Heyyy thank you so much for the tips, it really works. Instead of the decking you use from Walkway, I use patio which is much bigger. I also place a picnic set with tables and chairs. I really want you to see it hahaha. Thanks again by the way 💕

Doesn't work, never has never will. It can't work coz if you press X the item unhighlights so then pressing UP won't move it

You have to press them right after each other to make it work, like in a split second. Also make sure your build menu is down.
