Awe. This takes me back! My mom started doing this in '94 for my birthday cakes. She was always very talented. My favorite one was her Belle doll with an elaborate gown. She was always cool like that.

Love that you used a star tip on the top of the dress! Back in the super early 90s my dad made me a Barbie cake that looked just like this except he used the star tip throughout the whole dress. Brings back memories! Wasn’t vintage back then but now it is. Thanks for the video it was fun to watch! 💖

Hi! I keep my frosting room temperature. So that it has a texture similar to Greek yogurt. Not runny, but not too firm. Yes! I make paleo cakes for myself and friends, I'm just working out the kinks!
