How to Make a Basic Ruffle Wreath Using Metallic Deco Mesh

Instructions for a basic ruffle wreath using 10" metallic Deco mesh and 20" ruffles. It takes two rolls of 10" x 10 yards Deco Mesh using a 24" wreath form. (Our 24" wreath forms measure 15" across the widest metal ring and have 18 twist ties. When completed with mesh the wreath is around 24" or larger depending on what else you put on the wreath.)
