How To Make A Beach- Manure Trucking Battles

Join along as we get prepared for a day of manure Trucking. With first getting all the sand out of the tank to get back to full loads. With the new pump and pond it makes for a successful 1st try. Then off locally hauling manure with just the one truck. A good day of trucking but a mess after the lip comes off. Thanks for watching along.

I put a ball valve at the top of the top of my pump in the primer hole and it works great for priming. If you have a vacuum it works even better. Fire up the vacuum, put it on the ball valve and when it starts to spray shut the ball valve.

If you put a tag with a clip on it on the hydrant then clip on belt loop when you turn on the hydrant then it is a reminder it is on. Works great at our farm

Take a 5 gallon bucket and put on the end of your suction hoes. Tie a rop on handle to land.Do this and you will have less pump problems..keep after it.

If you are going to pump out of ponds etc it's a good idea to tie/fix a five gallon container or even two or similar to the suction end of the main water pipe to act as a float as this will keep out of the silt and detritus on the bottom of the pond and reduce the chance of the pump getting blocked as would also adding a screen filter to the end of the pipe.

Is their any retired Truckers around you could pay cash to drive for you as needed then you have a good operator. They could help with tractor work occasionally as well. They train easy on fieldwork and don't break your stuff.
