Thanks for the video. Used this vid as inspiration and made a bracelet with wooden beads stained with boiled linseed oil and a matte clear varnish (13x 14mm beads). For the ends just made a scaffold knot on each end and a section of cobra weaves to be able to slide the bracelet tight around my wrist. And used 50 cm of imperial red 550 paracord ... I'm totally in love with my new bracelet. It's really comfortable to wear and I've also been using it as a fidget toy a little ;)

I want to give a very very very big thank you for this very useful video. My prayer beads are running loose overtime, and using paracord might just be the perfect way instead of using rubber strings. Again thank you so very much🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thanks for this idea. I made one using micro cord. This closure is much easier than the horizontal adjustable closure.

Spray bottle for the finish if its deluted enough. Then wipe them down.

The gel was really thick and chunky, but a spray bottle would definitely make a nice finish. Nice idea!

I did this one a few days ago, but instead of using any beads, I replaced them by weaving a lot of ranger beads.

Don't limit yourself to using beads or just this size paracord. Try some "range" microcord, "Turkshead", letter beads, the list of "bead" possibilities are endless. Try leather or microcord. Hemp is probably good for this if you get the nicer stuff. The cheap stuff, well you get what you pay for. Awesome job as always.

Thanks! I'm definitely going to try some different options. I just started with something cheap because it's the first type of project I've done like this. Thanks for watching!

I feel wear and tear on that bracelet will leave that color stained on your wrist .. If u would have wood stained I don't think that would be a wooden problem......
@TheWeaversofEternity5 жыл бұрын
I've worn the bracelet for a couple of weeks now and there has been no staining. Acrylic paint doesn't rub off and stain once dried, especially since I sealed it with the gel medium.
