Love this idea! But, how to prevent mosquitoes from breeding in the bee station?

Try not to use a tray that will always have standing water in it. Mine dries out each day by late afternoon, but also running a hose in it once every week or so should be enough to keep mosquitoes at bay.

Love your channel! So grateful! I’m a little concerned about attracting those outdoor cockroaches that might want to live underneath it- any ideas on helping out with that. (Unfortunately I’ve seen these yucky insects at night throughout the city, and our property. I try to keep things super tidy in order avoid them, but it’s also nature in dealing with lol. Thank you!!

You could build it up off the ground or even use a bird bath or something similar. 😊

Daily drip irrigation will keep the water from getting stagnant. Sadly, where we live, we're on outdoor watering restrictions once a week (our assigned day is Saturday). So, we can't use this idea to keep the water fresh on a daily basis.
