Well you can make everything else in advance and store in the fridge and just assemble the latte fresh with the syrup and cold foam when ready. You'll have multiple lattes with the syrup, cold foam and pecan topping

Making coffee at home is often a hobby for a lot of people. It takes me 10 minutes in the morning to make a latte which based on my cost of milk and beans is less than a dollar so I would say it’s much cheaper to not just “buy the thing”. Plus if you get an employee who doesn’t care about it like you do, you make get a crappy cup of coffee.
