Hey Sherry thanks for sharing that nostalgia! my mom would make me the Indian version of this "kheer," where I have the rice version made in the Instant Pot on my channel and some variations using vermicelli, semolina, and tapioca, and I have all those recipes! my favourite was the one with vermicelli but the rice texture sure has its place in my heart!

my wife loves it hot! I had it hot the first day but I really find that the flavours come out more straight from the fridge for some reason. Maybe it is too much for me hot that's why I stopped having it? who knows! thanks Paulie! I found simple really goes a long way here!
