All you need is more fabric than usual! I used about 3 meters of fabric on the skirt and it’s works fine for me.

Any tips on how to sew side seams that cut on bias? I'm struggling with it. The side seam is twisting and puckering 😢💔

You can use a regular length stay stitch and stitch inside the seam allowance about one eighth of an inch away from the marked stitch line.

You can use a regular length stay stitch and stitch inside the seam allowance about one eighth of an inch away from the marked stitch line. When attaching two pieces together, you should use a lot of straight pins and avoid stretching your fabric pieces.

Depending on the length you’re going for, I used 3 meters and I have less than a meter fabric leftover. If you want a long length better to get 3 meters.
