If you use a dunham roller buckle you won't need to make a loop. The buckle has the loop built in.

Love the video! Where can I buy a cutting machine like that? I am looking for something better than a hand powered bench device, but not something as big as needed for large scale mfg. I am just a small company, just getting started. Any suggestions appreciated!!

Great question.. Generally for our Beta PVC products, a surface temp over 700F should be good and higher for our TPU coated products. Most people use a steel hot plate set-up and heat it up with a propane torch. Some are heated electronically. The steel plate should be hot enough to seal in seconds. A quick roll of the edge should be all you need to do! And remember: always make sure you have good ventilation for the smoke and fumes. Hope this helps some. We are planning to do an in-depth video on sealing holes and edges as we get many questions on this subject.
