Thank you so much for sharing this knotting technique - I feel it is way more efficient than using the tweezer method of pearl knotting. Just my brain but I just turn volume off on most demonstration videos since it is a distraction to me. Also just an FYI to other viewers you can go to Settings in this video and slow down or speed up the playback speed. Will be looking for more instructional videos from you. 😎

Thank you for your comment, usually, I use background music through the jewelry marking part, I think motion explains everything. I'll do more diy jewelry videos. :)

Thank you for the tutorial on "knotting". Being a visual learner, I really enjoyed the demonstration. But I ABSOLUTELY LOVED that music by Lil JX!!! Classic mixed with a reggae beat.......FABULOUS! 👍🏾😍

Hi Karen, this looked do-able for a beginner like me. Would you mind also demonstrate putting smaller beads or a bead at the end on each of the hanging sides, so that it would be dangling beads instead of just string? Thanks 💖

Loved seeing this knotting technique. I also loved your video about knotting for donut on cord. The small *baby bangles* are now being used on cords like donuts traditionally have been before. The, too, look great when knotted on a cord for a larger modern design. Anyway, as always, I love seeing your how-to videos.

Thanks for teaching about the pearl knot, I need to restring some pearls. The closure bit wasn’t as clear to see but then realised it’s macrame, so for those who didn’t see but know macrame. As mentioned in other comments, length of cord used would be useful to know. Thanks for the tutorial. 🙂
@Monica_Valentim Жыл бұрын
I made it using 8mm beads and the length is about 60cm each cord.

Hi Karen you do really beautiful work and those tigers eye beads are really the best I think I've ever seen. I'm getting some new bi color tigers eye beads soon, there on there way to me, and I think I'll be using them in this design so thank you for that. I've been trying to figure out what to make for a man you may just have solved that problem for me especially since I dont know what his wrist size is this would work. Great work keep it up and thank you. :) Oh I almost forgot. The pearl knots you were doing they have a little tool to make those knots for hand knotting pearls, which I use and have done myself a number of times too. But I like the way your doing it too no tool required :D best ides ever thank you for that. Peace.
