nah. its almost the same recipe as breakfast tacoes and I never boil those. Just in the pan with vegetable oil+ salt/pepper. when they get color they should be good to eat - depending on how small the dice.

WOaH, what a messy execution and recipe! LAME! First, gotta use REAL cheese! Then, ZERO ketchup, c'mon!? Use marinara, it's a CALZONE! Potatoes were BURNT, bacon overcooked...and omelette, NEVER use salt in the cooking process (makes the eggs too firm) only season to TASTE. For shame F.W.F, step up ya game! P.S LOVE Hot Ones ;)

Good idea but I would add some butter to the calzone dough and use sriracha instead of ketchup and at least cheddar with the American

I can overlook the American cheese, but the ketchup was a poor personal choice on your part. If you wanted to use ketchup as a dip later on, that would be up to you, but don't alienate the vast majority of your viewers by making ketchup part of the recipe.
