Great design, for a truly solder less and reusable board, you could add a couple of rows of headers instead of the prototyping areas, you could build your sub assembly's on small daughter proto boards and plug them in. You could still add the headers to the proto areas.

Yep if you look close you'll note there are 2 rows of headers on each row of terminals. You can indeed plug in anything with male or female 2.54mm headers. These are direct connected to the terminals across the board already
