Hi, i want to make a rc plane from 180 motor . I have irfz44n and i don't need 5v output. How could I make it ? Please help me

You will use dc step up module to increase the voltage and try to make small circuit and don't use large pcb

Means i don't want 5v or any other output because i made a receiver from Arduino. Only irfz44n gate attached to Arduino is not working.

Bro check your circuit conection is write It's gate pin connect to arduino pwm pin only ~ like this design on arduino Or connect digital pin (3,5,9,10,11 only) of arduino then if does not work connect 1k resistor between gate pin of mosfet and arduino then if does not work then replace the mosfet
