Peter, I am not sure I can comment on this, but education becomes expensive when the institution has to put out good quality radiology equipment, buildings and other infrastructure, getting high quality faculty etc, all require a large amount of money. And with no government support the student has to pay for the quality I guess. Thanks for your question
