How to make a chair. Diy CHAIR.

In this video we will show you how to make a chair, we did the design of the modern chair ourselves, and it will be very interesting for me to know what you think of this chair design. In the comments, you ask to show in more detail the manufacturing process and the design process of our diy chair. Therefore, having collected a lot of video materials with my son, we decided to release two parts. In this woodworking part we will show you some tricks on how to make the frame of the chair using 4mm plywood. For this we use three sheets of plywood. Some people get the impression that plywood furniture is cheap furniture, but in fact it is not.
For gluing plywood, we use polyurethane glue, which is perfect for gluing curved plywood surfaces. We will cover the outer part of the chair with American walnut veneer, you can do it yourself in the workshop.
I've always liked working with plywood, although I admit it's not easy. Because only plywood gives such lightness to the finished product that a chair made of natural wood cannot give. I hope you enjoy our video and leave your impression of it.
В этом видео мы покажем как изготовить кресло крыло, дизайн кресла мы делали сами, и мне будет очень интересно узнать что вы думаете по такой дизайн кресла. В комментариях вы просить показать более подробно процесс изготовления и процес дизайна. Поэтому собрав достаточно много видео материалам с сыном приняли решение выпустить две части. В этой части мы покажем некоторые хитрости как с помощью фанеры 4мм мы сделали каркас кресла. Для него мы используем три листа фанеры. В некоторых людей складывается впечатление, что мебель из фанеры - это дешевые мебель но насамом деле это не так. Для склейки фанеры мы используем полиуретановый клей, который как нельзя лучше подходит для склеивания гнутых поверхностей из фанеры.Внешнюю часть кресла мы покроем шпоном американского ореха. Весь процесс и некоторые хитрости поклейки шпон в домашних условиях без использования пресса для шпон мы покажем также в первой части.
Некоторые металлические креплений кресла мы изготавливали сами.
Мне всегда нравилось работать с фанерой, хоть признаюсь єто не просто. Потому что только фанера дает такую ​​легкость готовому изделию которую не может дать кресло из натурального дерева. Надеюсь вам понравится наше видео и вы оставите свое впечатление о нем. Приятного просмотра.
