I love the berry Chantilly cake and always get one for my birthday! I was trying to make one for my sister's birthday this year and struggled with this recipe. I put the batter into one pan as suggested and it's been close to an hour and a half and it's still underdone. Just warning out there to anyone wanting to give it a go, that you might want to put it into two pans!
