Wow, that thunderstorm. I had chills because I have a fobia for thunderstorms ever since the lightning struck only a couple of meters from my bedroom when I was a baby. I can handle it now, but it will never be my favorite kind of weather. The dish looked VERY yummy. Perfect combi, I prefer your wife's choice of cheese, or even some Dutch cheese that melts good. 😊👍

Funny this pops up today. Yesterday I went to a local place in Dalton GA called Willie's and for the first time had a chopped cheese. His was the same except he added grilled plablano peppers, pickles, mayo & catchup. It was good. Now I gotta cook my own.

Made this today. Put my own twist on it and served it on fresh made garlic bread (french roll toasted with butter and fresh minced garlic) and I got a little greedy. Instead of just using american or provolone, I used both. Came out incredible
