Love this. So, this is a 53" skirt?

The total diameter is 56”. I cut out the hole in the center so the tree can sit in there (3”) so I subtract that so the total length matches the diameter of the tree. I hope this makes sense. I drew a picture for myself before I did any cutting because it is so confusing!
