How to Make a Circular Saw Wood Cutter using 775 Motor and PVC

In this video I am showing how to make a mini Circular saw at home using several scrap materials and 775 motor. It’s very easy to build, watch until the end.
Materials Required:
1) 20mm PVC pipes
2) 20mm PVC L Bend x2
3) 20mm PVC End Cap x2
4) 4” 16mm bore Circular saw blade x1
5) 5mm 775 motor Arbor adapter x1
6) 775 Motor 12-24V x1
7) 12V Push button x1
8) 12V Power Connector x1
9) 4” diameter plastic can
10) Quality Wires
11) 5mm Thickness Wood Piece
12) Screws with nuts
13) Color Spray
14) 12V-24V 3~4A Power Supply
15) Motor Dust Cover - Old Vehicle Struts Cover

Mr Costa, the motor used is a DC motor. If you connect the DC power supply to the terminals the motor will run in a particular direction and if you reverse the wires the motor will rotate in the opposite direction. (CW/ACW). You need to check this with intended direction of rotation. Regards, Engineer from India.

Es un motor 775. Ha de ser de 12 voltios. Si Es de 2 amperios, tiene 2 HP.

На самом деле 775 моторы это достаточно мощные, другой вопрос что крепить пилу прям на вал двигателя, это подписать ему смертный приговор, подшипник рассыпется очень быстро. Такой инструмент подойдёт раз в год что-то отрезать, но делается это исключительно ради видео, какая нибудь китайская пила стоит как минимум не дороже, а по всем параметрам лучше. Чувак просто делает всё подряд из этих моторов и сантеха. И если всякие дрели для дерева и сравнимых материалов это ещё жизнеспособно, то пилы, болгарки, лобзики не более чем красивая игрушка
