I think you mean binding, not bias tape…unless you cut it on the bias before you started taping?

Can I use 20 gauge vinyl? Joanns is out of the 16. I have everything else on your list and I love how easy you approach the project . The steps are clear and should be clear for anyone making this. Thank you so much!

I’m pretty sure the top fabric is going to be 6x12. Then it’s 3 inches after it goes on.
