hho? Do you mean H20, water? The water goes in the outer tube in order to cool off the inner tube.

@@shazzz_land You cannot put random gases in a laser tube. The gases must have very specific energy transitions for the laser effect to take place. The mixture of gases must also be specific so that the population of energy levels gets inverted.

That depends on the exact size you choose for the tube, on the power of your voltage supply, and overall, on the output power of the laser, which also depends on the quality of the mirrors that you use. That also depends on whether you are taking the raw output of the laser, or if you polarize the beam, and you focus it or not. This is not something you can do at random. Do you know what power dermatologists recommend? And for how long?
