When I did the frames mine was highlighted with a purple colour outside. But yours is all white with no single frame highlighted? Can I ask what setting you may have had on or not had on?

Hi Phil. There's two ways to get to the option to turn off the highlighted frame (its the same method just two different ways to do it). The first is click your panel > next find the "Enable Mask" that is along the top of the layers pallette >click the "enable Mask" button and you'll get a drop down menu > uncheck "show mask area". The other ways is to click "layers" at the top of your menu bar> go to layer mask on the drop down> uncheck "show mask area". I hope that helps and thanks for watching.

Hey dude, I know this is an old tutorial but when I put in the dimensions that you did for the page sizes, it is SUPER low res. I have no idea what to put because the default settings are way too big and insanely laggy when I try to draw, and I can't find any recent tutorials.

Hi! Sorry you're having trouble. Just to make sure we rule out all the problems (including my dimensons I gave out) lets start with a few things to check: 1. make sure you have the right units of measurements (I use inches for this template). if thats the issue change the units of measurement to that. 2 make sure you have the resolution set to 400 dpi. You could work at 300 dpi as well if you are having significant lag as well as trying to lower the file size. 3. Lastly, this is if you are on a pc or mac. Make sure you have enough ram to run clip. I find that clip can be a ram hog. The minimum they suggest is 4gb but to be honest 8gb would be better especially for a pc. I hope that helps and again I'm really sorry you're having trouble. If you are still having trouble, I'll try and update this video with a new with a better template.
