FAAAAANTASTIC! Since the cold weather where I live this spring, I decided I need a greenhouse; I want to build my own, of course, but pondered how on earth I would figure out the pitch, etc. Figured I would learn by my own mistakes, then I came across your excellent video. You made all of this very clear to me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for you deep explanations of all involved. I am a woman of 69 years of age and I've always believed in doing things myself. Thanks again, Alex.

I watched plenty of videos on how to use the rafter square but none were good enough either because the camera was too far away or because the person explaining went too fast on the details and they had a mess of lines on the same piece of wood, adding to the confusion. Finally I found this gem of a video. You used the camera in perfect positions to appreciate what exactly I have to look for using the square and your explanation is rich in detail. You're a natural teacher, thank you bro!

Wow...this is the # 1 best video for showing in simple terms how to calculate and build your rafters properly. Thank God I found your video. All the other ones were too fast paced and not easy to understand....they were very intimidating !! I started to doubt whether I had the brains in the first place...[ I stubbornly did not give up on myself ] . Wow...so happy now. Read Proverbs 22 :29....it talks about a skilled craftsman...thank you Alex...highest regards, Lisa
