Commenting as Paracordia UK. Much nicer and neater than using the two strands fused method..Nice one!

Do you have a video of doing the original way where you melt the cords?

What a GREAT idea, love it so much 😍!!! Thank you for this tutorial 👍!!!
@dqmc072 жыл бұрын
Very cool, but I would run each strand to its own side after you center it on the buckle to avoid that very much unwanted chaffing of melted cord.

for a 7.5 inch wrist, measure approx 3" and a bit to be safe.

Something I've been trying to figure out, and I'd be really appreciative if you responded to this, but can you do this set up on an adjustable shackle?
@yuuwhoo Жыл бұрын
I think this is really cool but what do you do with it? What kind of weave?
@TheWeaversofEternity Жыл бұрын
You can tie any number of weaves over the contained core like the fishtail, cobra knot, but you can adapt almost any pattern for this core.

What is the cutter you’re using at the end? Looks better than just using scissors. Great video. This is my go-to method now.

Those are some bandage scissors I got out of a first aid kit, they're not that sharp though.

Hi Tim, i was wondering if i could use this method for trilobite weaves? if so, how to insert the weaving strand? thanksss
@TheWeaversofEternity6 жыл бұрын
You can definitely use this for the trilobite. You can just take the midpoint of the weaving strand and start it behind the core and do the trilobite pattern. It's kinda hard to explain here, but I hope that makes sense.

What about variating rope braid or sinnets??
@TheWeaversofEternity6 жыл бұрын
I probably wouldn't use this method for braids or sinnets.

Could you make some full size paracord nungchucks with a wood core
@TheWeaversofEternity6 жыл бұрын
I would like to at some point in the future, but I will have to find where to buy the wood cores as I don't have the means to make my own.

I know you probably won't answer but how do you do a contained 2 strand core DOUBLE cow hitch? thanks
@TheWeaversofEternity3 жыл бұрын
Hey there, here's a link to my tutorial for that: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5eTp4CwmruqrMk
@winningnumbers3 жыл бұрын
@@TheWeaversofEternity The link you give, that is a single cow hitch. I was looking for double cow hitch. Thanks for replying. much appreciated. I have looked everywhere.
@TheWeaversofEternity3 жыл бұрын
@@winningnumbers In that case just make a two strand core double cow hitch and then cut and melt the cords on the sides to make it contained. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZfCloyum797Z6s
@winningnumbers3 жыл бұрын
@@TheWeaversofEternity Thanks for the reply. I thought that much but I can't figure out where to cut and melt them because there are 2 long cords on each side at the end. I hope you see what I mean. It's not like the single hitch where there is a short and a long strand and you then join.
