Good to hear you enjoyed the video! A 433 can certainly be made in FM like his Chelsea side. Just make sure to apply the tactical principles outlined in the video. One thing about his Chelsea side which you can look to apply is switching your wingers from side to side a lot in games. Mourinho loved to start with inverted wingers, than make them switch sides to plays as regular swingers, then switch back again etc. etc.

Harry Kane. I used FM atteibute searching to find him. He has good tackling for a striker and has the work-rate to track back. If Mourinho joined Bayern, Kane prob would be amazing.

Hmm great question. Would it be a 3421 with wingers or AM's?

@@chrishasskarl7736 I'd probably look to employ 3 big CB's, with a low block and defensive lines while man marking the opponent's attackers and playmakers to make their life hell. I'd probably use 2 IF's on attack with overlapping wingbacks to overload the wings. The midfield will probably be 2 rather static, defensively solid players that can distribute the ball to those wings. That should create that Mourinho feeling while using a 3421 I think
