Bruh, i made a fictional country flag for my pfp. And it was similar to yours!? (I didn't copy your design, i swear!) What a coincidence 😂 So, here's a story of why i chose this design So, i was creating a country in Minecraft (I was inspired by RedFireRex), and i need a flag for my country. First, i decided to modify the Indonesian flag (i'm Indonesian btw). After a lot of thinking, i decided that my flag must consist of these 3 colors: Red, Black and White. But i don't know what orientation of my colors will be, i don't want people to confuse my flag for a real country. The reason why i put the black in the middle, is to differentiate my flag from egypt and ww1 germany flag

All you need is paint you go into mspaint pick your flag then put circle tool on top of it erase the extra flag thats not in circle tool or just draw the flag your self then you put to circle tools for the eyes and then curve the eye to make it any shape you want put shadow if you want to and then boom! You have a country ball (polandball) and your done no need for photoshop!
