How to Make a CUSTOM Case for Your Knives! (Tutorial) 💎

Welcome to the long awaited tutorial on how I made the custom foam for my Balisong pelican case! This is absolutely the best way to store butterfly knives, in my opinion... but it is a bit expensive!

USE TOPGUARD FOAM WHEN YOU CHECK OUT!!! A few notes: 1. Yes my voice in the tutorial sounds weird! I sped it up in premiere by 10% because it was so long and I talked kinda slow. Ended up making me sound alien! 2. When you check out it will ask you what type of foam you want to use. I suggest the Topguard PE foam that is the default they offer! Also, I use the convoluted lid foam and not the flat one, but it's up to you which you want. The lid foam is mostly about looks rather then specific function!

So glad you made this. I designed a case a couple months ago based on your small one but I had to keep jumping back and forth on one of your old videos of you talking about your case to try and get the info I needed for sizing and stuff. I am not sure if you see comments on videos this old, but a question in hopes you do.. What dimensions would you use for the 'display' slot in the balisong case. Where the balisong is laying flat to show it off and grab easily Also.. How did you add color to the cutouts?? Could I share my design with you in some way to get your thoughts?

I'm buying a Pelican 1120, like the one you have, and I used the knife-slot dimensions that you recommended, but It does not leave me enough space on the side to fit much. Did you do anything different on that case?

Probably not but if you get more in the future, it can be nice! For now I'd suggest you look into the Jerry Hom balisong sheath, he has an 8 knife option and a 1 knife option!

I believe it's a pelican 1510 or the 1535, but I thinking more it's 1510, between 200-250 plus tax
