Base Oil - depends on skin type 75-90% of your formula
Treatment Oil - depends on skin care concerns 5-10% of your formula
Infusions - herbs and plants like Arnica and Helichrysum depending on skincare concerns
Base Oils :
Oily- High Omega Sunflower oil, Argan oil, Grapeseed oil
Dry- Pumpkin seed oil, Rice Bran oil, Olive Oil (unrefined if possible), Jojoba oil
Sensitive- Hemp Seed oil, Grapeseed oil
Treatment oils:
Oily- Tamanu oil, castor oil, rosehip oil
Dry - Jojoba oil, Carrot seed oil, Vitamin e

If I heard her correctly, It seems she added 5 gr of castor. That would make 10% not 1%. On anti-aging oil blend she recommends 5-10% carrot seed oil but she added 25%. .5 ounce in a two ounce blend is 25%. Overall a decent video
