How to make a custom mouth guard with text. This mouthguard is an MMA mouthguard with text. The customer had asked for the text to read "Cheese", and wanted the text to be in Old English writing. This video highlights the hand makeing process that goes into all our custom fit Mouthguards. Enjoy!

We use soft. We don't remember what sport we made this mouthguard for. But use use soft plates that, when combined, add up to 2-4 mm thick. Depending on the sport.

He used photoshop for it, Im not sure what size he used though. two fit on the mouth piece I'd assume it would be something small, but from what I can see at 6:33 it looks to be 1920x1080 hope this helped :)

I'm not sure what the graphic material is made of But I've been trying to make one myself and I've heard the material from the stickers are laminated on

The material we use is Vinyl. The machine we use cutout the vinyl is a Graphtech.

It's most likely a thin EVA sheet, that bonds with the black sheets of the mouth guard

What machine are you using? Vacuum thermo forming machines tend to give bubbles. Pressurized thermoforming machines are good at eliminating bubbles.

​@@teresitamadero3447 It's more likely to do with the plastic sheet having been exposed to moisture. If you store the sheets in open air, they will absorb moisture from the air which then causes bubbles when heated. If you keep the sheets in heat sealed moisture proof bags, and use them shortly after cutting open the sealed bag, you're much less likely to have bubbles.
