You might like to try liquid masking fluid for the small areas. Just pick it off when the paint is dry.

I would use paint thinner on a cotton bud to clean up those screw ups, but looks great, definitely getting back into star wars.

Great job Jared. About the masking i would reckomend you to do one part t a time, eg his head, torso etc, mask and use a clear lacker, before the main paint, that way, you dont get the bleeding under the masking tape, :-)
