How to make a Deco Mesh Wreath using the Woodland Ruffle and Ruffle method

Hey guys!! Im so excited to show you guys the awesome method the woodland Ruffle/ Ruffle method. I learned the woodland ruffle method from a wonderful lady named Tiffany Clements. I do apologize for saying cruffle method at the beginning of the video!! When I first started making this method thats what I called it but soon learned it had another name. Soooo it is the WOODLAND RUFFLE method!!! :D!
