Tomato and egg pan: A quick and easy recipe for connoisseurs!
Transform simple ingredients into a delicious and satisfying dish that's on the table in just 10 minutes - perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients:
1 tomato
3 eggs
1/2 green pepper
Salt
pepper
50g mozzarella cheese
olive oil
Preparation:
Finely dice the tomatoes and peppers.
Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the tomato and pepper mixture in it.
Pour the egg glaze into the pan and let everything set over medium heat.
