Might be good with enchiladas, but certainly not turkey and certainly not on Thanksgiving. Myself and my family would not eat it because it is extremely spicy, but I'm sure there are people out there who have killed their tastebuds with spicy food that might like it.

It wasn't blow your head off spicy, and that is changeable just by switching up the type of Italian sausage to either a mild or sweet style. Depending on the seasoning on the turkey this would most definitely go with poultry.

People who like spicy food don't necessarily have dulled taste buds. I don't and think this looks very tasty. If someone served me this on thanksgiving or Christmas I'd enjoy it as a really interesting spin on stuffing.
