Génoise chocolat+ganache montée ou chantilly comme tu préfères et tu recouvres quand tu as fais le rond avec du chocolat fondu je crois et puis tu étales ta pâte a sucre de la couleur souhaité et tu fais comme elle a fait prend en 2 voir 3 au cas où parce que 1 ces pas assez !!(TRADUCE IN ENGLISH)
