Timestamps: 1:07 Starts cutting the template 1:27 Tapes it to cardboard and marks the length/width of the blade 1:40 Cuts the outline of the marked cardboard 1:54 Marks the cardboard lines for the sword's ridge/fuller 2:02 Cuts out the cardboard lines 2:12 Hot glues the lines to the cardboard blade 2:41 Trims the smaller lines 2:51 Paperboard/thin cardboard strips 2:57 Hot glues the paperboard strips to the blade (please be careful as you can burn your hand while doing this) 3:14 More trimming for the cardboard lines 3:19 More hot-glueing/trimming the paperboard strips 4:01 Repeats the process for the other side of the sword (trimming and hot-glueing cardboard stuff) 4:45 Starts doing the crossguard - marks the template onto cardboard using pencil 4:52 Cuts out the outline 5:04 Hot glues more cardboard squares and pieces to the crossguard 5:14 Hot glues some paperboard strips around the crossguard 5:23 Trims the unwanted paperboard to fit the crossguard 5:33 Cuts the end part of the sword handle 5:40 Hot glues the two parts on top of each other, then glues paperboard strips around it 5:49 Rolls the paperboard strips around the handle, which now has cardboard lines on top of it. Then glues the strips to secure. 6:09 Have pieced all the parts together (sword, crossguard and handle). Most likely with tape or hot glue. @@Lil_Liam304 This is a very late response, but I think he did show how to combine some parts in here, though it can be confusing at first. He has many other videos on his channels that builds models of weapons out of cardboard. This is one of them, you can learn some ideas/tips from here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJDYmJiGaMmceMU In this video, he combines the outer parts of the sword using hot glue and some "thinner" cardboard, I believe. I'm no expert at these stuff, this is just a small explanation from what I know.
