Great idea with the extractor, even if it was hand operated the idea is still great because a ready made 1 is quite expensive.

The innovator! Awesome concept!, one suggestion I would make is to use a long container so that the basket can be a decent level above the extracted honey. This will prevent the basket from spinning in the honey. Make a bar inside and across which the basket can rest on (at the decide level), instead of the circular board at the bottom.

Yes good suggestion for all the viewers that is going to make one since I already get this container am just going to work with it because the basket is 4 inches above so a good amount of honey can hold underneath the basket in that space then I go ahead and straine that amount then i go ahead and extract again.

Just keep the honey gate open when extracting so the honey don't build up. I think I'm going to try your project

Great idea. I have only one issue w/ this design and that’s the carpenters cloth. I’m willing to bet it’s galvanized ( contains/ coated with lead) I’d find some other kind of way to secure the frames. Just saying.

After I do a update on add the moto to the extractor i will harvest some honey in a next video and try out the extractor.

Honey will go to that bearing.. that should affect honey bcoz honey is liquid.. how to avoid that.. im planning to make one but all video i see cant avoid that problem..soon that bearing will get rust

Just a tip mate; your idea is great, but your video is way too long! You could’ve made it 6-8 minutes long! Certainly no longer than 8 minutes...

I can more that reduce the video to 6-8 minutes as you recommend it would be less work for me to edit,export and upload but less explanation would be done and it is that clear explanation that matters in order to get a better understanding.
