I love the plant stand. I like the contrast of the trailing green and yellow plant.

You're far more adventurous than I am! This is a beautiful contrasting color combination. The plants and birds look equally happy in the bowl. I liked the kind of striped plant with gracefully spreading leaves, but the first purple one really goes with the stand. Thank you for another fun birdbath creation! It's always nice to see the feline reactions as well. 😸

This is stunning! I love the color combination you chose. Your cats always make me smile. They never touch your glassware! 😊 Thanks for your great videos. They sure made me feel better on this cold winter day. Now I am thinking about spring! ❤

Another cute idea; I have been thinking about a birdbath for by back yard and this has inspired me to head to my local thrift store to see what I can put together. Thanks!

while this is a very whimsical looking birdbath or plantstand a good gust of wind will blow that over in a blink of an eye and you will have shards of glass all over your yard. trust me been there done that & have a variety of t-shirts from testing different ways of trying to keep the integrity of the beauty of piece while still making it wind proof. finally i came up with adhering some things that had absolutely nothing to do with the object that i don't want to be seen, a plastic gallon bucket, and made some concrete! place the bird bath in the bucket then fill with concrete up to about 2" from the base of the birdbath.. once the concrete was dry removed it from the bucket then bury it. all the way up to the base of the birdbath. you can throw a little grass seed on there if you want, but if you skim it off while digging your hole you can just place it back on top. and water it you shouldn't need to. this makes it removeable in the winter in the winter if you want to. i live in the midwest. but i'm lazy and haven't but it is still there and lasted through hurricane force winds, multiple plaster. this summer i will be painting parts of it just bc weather has obviously done some deteriorating to color and will be filling in spots of the ceramic pieces with morter to see how that works just a test.

Thanks for the tip! Sounds like that would work for windy days. If we are going to have a hurricane I will put them on the porch. This one I ended up using for a plant stand : )

Would you need to bring in for the winter months? I live in the south west corner of BC, Canada… We definitely have colder temperature, strong winds and snow… Does the glass crack and does the E+6000 hold up in the cold?
@MyLittleSliceofParadise9 ай бұрын
You live in the opposite climate that I live in (Florida) So I am not sure how the cold would affect it. I believe if I lived in a colder area I would bring them in : )
