Just beautiful! I am unable to get to the stores when I want, but was so inspired that I went "shopping" in my stash of stuff and put something together last night! It's not quite as spectacular as yours, but it's just super cute! I'm waiting to see if it will hold up to my giant Doves before I embellish it a bit more. I'm a pretty new crafter, but your detailed instructions and explanations made me confident that I could DO THIS! Thank you!!!

Love that totem. I have made several different inside and outside pieces and given a lot away as gifts. I have made the glass flower plates as well. A tip for your glue, before you put the lid on put some petroleum jelly, Vaseline on the ridges and the lid won't stick. Tfs.

A decade or so ago, our Arts Alliance group held a yard art workshop in a park, so fun! We used the silicone glue, and the coordinators brought boxes of glass items to choose from (and participants were invited to bring what we wanted) The pieces I made held up so well, and it was great fun!

I use 2-Ton Epoxy by Devcon (found in most hardware stores) to adhere my glass pieces. It's incredibly strong and stands up to the weather. One of the first birdbaths I ever made--about 14 or 15 years ago--I used that exact same blue vase. It really is lovely. And your birdbath is gorgeous!!
