The biggest question I have is why the jam playing at the beginning has no mention. "Funkorama" by Kevin Macleod. the fish didn't move much, which makes me think that he bought them elsewhere and just put 'em in the trap. furthermore, there's a little mistake in the design. the entrance "cones" should be at least 3-4cm inserted, so that it is impossible for fish to aim at it. the way he made it it is almost at the inner walls level, not secure enough. overall it's a promising design.

I might suggest taking a plastic baggy and filling it with sand or something and putting that in it to weigh it down, as I feel like the shaking against the rocks may have been harmful to the fish as well as making it harder to get to them. I know you probably don't care too much about the fish if you're doing this, but if you're catching a fish you should at least try to make it as quick as possible, not slow and filled with pain and injury.

You misinterpret the idea of the trap. Funnels are placed not only to attend.Their main role is to get a lot inside the bottle. Not to be on the wall itself.When the fishes decide to go out, they wander around the walls. The holes are in the middle of the bottle. They can never imagine they have to step back to succeed. In your case, all openings are on the walls. Worse yet, one opening is on the bottle's throat, where it is narrowed. All the fish will be heading up there.
